  May 24, 2021 - Very, very good; interestingly I found it more enjoyable than the Amon-Ra I had before; more nuances, less forward, smoother; great balance.

  Some more meaty notes have replaced some of the more obvious fruit. Spice and smooth fruit in the mouth - some fruitcake notes.
  Still handles the alcohol well very little heat on the finish which is not very long.
  Pleased this is the last bottle - kept 20 years partly due to intrigue and partly due to inefficiency - I'd forgotten it was there!

  October 23, 2016 - Surprisingly was the best wine of the night - tasting with a 2003 Cote Rotie and 2001 Chateauneuf du Pape. Wonderful Barossa with great mouthfill and a long finish. Cellared well, and still going strong.

  December 4, 2013 - Huge oak, concentrated, bit of barnyard, light on tannins. Still drinking well.
