December 25, 2012 - This wine has mature nicely since the first time I tasted it at the winery in Feb 2012. Firm tannins, plum, elegant smooth finish. Perfect match to a rack of lamb served with a sun-dried tomato risotto. Looking forward to taste my next bottle in 6 months.
