  April 27, 2018 - This is an interesting and unusual wine, a grenache from left field. But it works. The colour is light like a pinot from a cool year, the nose has lifted bright notes of stewed strawberries, the palate with spicy red fruits. It has beguiling length and silky tannins. This wine shows a personality of grenache I have not seen before, and there should be more made in this style. An excellent choice for an options night to get people thinking. This is not a cellaring style - drink up.

  June 4, 2016 - Popped and poured. Reserved but pretty nose of red fruit (strawberries). Lightweight on the palate but with decent flavor intensity and nice balance. It's showing well now, but I suspect it is in decline at this point. I'll be drinking my remaining bottles over the near future.
