  May 10, 2015 - Quite youthful on the nose with lots of citrus fruit, grape, slight perfume, melons, pears and a bit of herbs.
  
  The acidity is probably higher than it feels, but rather unfocused and flabby. There is plenty of fruitiness, and possibly not completely dry. There is some light fizz in the bottle, but nothing that is disturbing on the palate. A quite big, medium body and medium intensity and a not so impressive warm and slightly bitter finish.
  
  There is a good chance this tastes better on the second day, but last night I wasn't impressed. My guessing were all over the place, and if I remember correctly, ending up in Alsace and Pinot Gris. Not a lot of experience with this type of GV though. Would wait with opening this for another couple of years.

  May 10, 2015 - The wine is showing a medium intensity yellow color. Initially some CO2.
  
  The nose is developing and has a medium+ aroma intensity. It starting of with truckloads of grey and green pears. Melons, fresh grapes, sweet spice, fennel, saffron and dusty white pepper is coming through with just a little time in the glass.
  
  Slightly off-dry on the palate with a medium, quite flabby acidity. The body is medium and the flavor intensity is medium(+). It's showing flavors of grey pear, melon, fresh grapes, spice box, fennel and old white pepper. The finish is medium(+), slightly phenolic bitterness with a disturbing warmth from the alcohol.
  
  I think that this wine is drinking really good today but it has the stuffing for further ageing. In other words; no hurry.

  April 17, 2015 - Pale straw with slight cloudiness (also found in Knoll's 2011 and 2012 Vinothekfullung) which does not impair the wine in any way that I can detect. Pungent nose of white unripe peach and pepper which is repeated on the palate combining with a pleasant and subtle tartness and vegetal undertones. This wine is still very primary and I wouldn't open it again for a year at the very least. Excellent wine with good potential which may well deserve a higher score in the end
