May 27, 2018 - Bright yellow with some green. A most appealing aromatic blend of herbs, iodine, and citrus. Medium weight, wonderful texture. Fresh lemon and soil that are fully expressed. The acidity is only average, but this is still an excellent 2011 that entirely lives up to its Premier Cru status and outperformed my expectations for it at this age. Bravo, Thomas Pico for such a fine result in a challenging vintage for Chablis.

This showed pear and some exotic fruit after a night recorked.

February 10, 2017 - Slightly buttery, with quite generous fruit and rounded acidity. Lacks a bit of zzzing at first, but comes around after about two hours in the open bottle, when the acidity and minerality really starts to sing. Superb! By the last impression (if not the first) it should be able to develop well for a few years more.
