June 16, 2017 - This needed some air time, but wow, what a big boy brunello once it came around. Big nose of red fruits, menthol and licorice. Huge body follows up with familiar notes with big but softening tannins. Could still use a few years, but drinking really well.

May 7, 2017 - Cherry, flowery, rubber-like smell, ash.
High acidity, powerful tannins. The negative is that finish is little hot in the end.
