November 10, 2013 - From wine list at Amuse. Slight popcorn, tart apple and a little lemon. Moderate acidity. Solid but not exciting. I like the Febvre Fourchaume Chablis from a couple days ago more.
October 21, 2013 - Blind tasted. Nose of white flowers, chalk, lemon zest, apple seed, vanilla, signs of some oak. Others picked up apricot, brioche, white mushroom. Palette showed same fruit layers, moderate alcohol, mod plus acidity. Correctly guessed 2011 Burgundy. 20% new French oak.
