February 16, 2020 - Drinking extremely well, with notes of red fruit, cherry, cedar, limestone, pine needles and sea salt. We mostly had this after the duck cassoulet (with chicken sausage), so I didn't get the pairing. But lovely perfume and flavors on its own.

This was Aly's favorite of the wines; he likes the lighter wines with more perfume.

    Drink now.

February 9, 2020 - Drinking quite well. We had this mostly after the venison curry but it worked with it, too.

January 21, 2020 - Drinking even better than the 1st bottle, with notes of red fruit, cherry, cedar, limestone, pine needles and sea salt. Many secondary flavors. Also perfume with the roast, herbal chicken and spice with the lamb kebabs a la Small Greek.

    Drink now.

December 11, 2019 - Quite tasty. Lovely red fruit, cedar, limestone, salt and a touch of seaweed. Good on its own and with the roast, herbal chicken. Today this needed the food to show well.

Drink now. Might have some time, too. (

October 11, 2019 - Quite tasty. Lovely red fruit, cedar, limestone, salt, seaweed (quite a bit). Tastes of the ocean. Really good on its own and with the roast, herbal chicken and the sauteed mushrooms (shiitake and white button).

Drink now. Might have some time, too.

October 4, 2019 - Lovely red fruit, cherry, cedar, limestone, pine needles, salt, and ocean spray. We had this with pizza with pepperoni, pork sausage and herbs. It was an ok pairing but I think the wine is a little more elegant with salmon or chicken.

Drink now but seems to have time.

May 23, 2019 - 5/23/2019 92 tasty wine. Lovely red fruit, cedar, limestone, salt, seaweed. Tastes of the ocean. Really good. Excellent with salmon and salmon skin.

We shared the wine with Sheila. It paired with the Atlantic salmon. There was a bit alcoholic heat on the finish as it warmed from 55 in the glass
