July 23, 2007 - Incredible wine. You'd never guess this is an '01 as it's richness and power combined with finesse and lingering finish of creme brulee would seem to fit the mold of an '02. Golden in color. Bursting with apple, pear, vanilla and lemon zest. Finish goes on and on. At $70 a bottle I wish I would have purchased more.
