December 21, 2023 - This has developed into a very fine wine with balanced tannins and acidity. Medium to long finish with lots of fruit on the palette.

The acidity was a bit out of balance as the primary flavors were faded. But as the wine opened in the glass, the raisin flavor faded and the earthiness and dark fruit stepped up. I have one more left, it needs a longer decant but it may not benefit with continued cellaring …
