June 10, 2017 - Bought at the winery. It was stunning!
Deep golden color; nose is fading to a hint of lemon and alcohol; tart and slightly bitter, mineral but a nice body; as it warmed and opened, the nose and flavor improved slightly with more vanilla. Drink NOW or loose it, after all it is 6 years old.

January 4, 2017 - Light gold, immediately scents of almond husk and lemon oil. Good weight and very restrained fruit with preserved lemon and dry roasted peanut tones. Fruit is all secondary. Nice acidity. medium+ finish. Bought at auction so I don't know how it was in its youth - it may have peaked. Probably has a few years left at this level.

April 2, 2016 - Rich, round and lovely. Polished with a great fresh acidity and a lingering finish. A touch spicy at the end, though it starts with lovely pear, green apple, key lime. Really nicely done, I keep going back for more.

March 8, 2014 - 2014 Oregon Chardonnay Symposium (Stoller Family Estate): Key lime pie, white floral notes, and white grapes appear on the engaging nose. The pie shows up quickly on the palate, fruit, cream, and crust intact. Acidity lingers gently along with the limes and pie crust flavors. A bit of evolution happens slowly across the palate, and full acid keeps the wine crisp.

August 6, 2013 - A beautiful wine. Nothing off or off putting. Crisp with light oak if you look hard. Acid driven. Light but mouth filling. Smooth. long finish. Great with food but can stand by itself.

May 20, 2013 - Exceptional. It was rich and complex with excellent balance. The light tannins straddled the line of adding texture without bringing overt oak or any bitterness. Long finish. Great texture with acid and minerality to match. A serious wine that is fun to drink. Tremendous acid. PDQ95 We were so thoroughly impressed, we went back the next day to get some more. I’m starting to believe that the whites from the best houses in Oregon are better than the reds and the very, very best whites are on par with great burgundies at much better prices.
