June 29, 2020 - Opened and decanted using a vinturi and let sit for two hours. Dark berries and dark cherry on the nose. The palate was berries, dark cherries, tobacco and a hint of spice which came out on the moderate to long finish. A very enjoyable wine. Served with oven baked chicken which had been marinated in olive oil, garlic, rosemary and lemon.

December 9, 2018 - Very nice. A little less fruit forward than the other 2010 we drank (whitehall lane), but that wasn’t a bad thing as this was a balanced and complex wine.

April 14, 2018 - Dark purpler; good balance and tannins; not too fruit-forward; black currant and blackberries with medium plus finish; should age well for 3+ years.
