August 31, 2023 - Brilliant crimson ruby under the light. Fascinating Manchego and soft cheese note on the nose with black berries in the background. Strong blackberry notes followed by strong bramble with cottage cheese umami notes in the finish. Unusual and delicious with many years ahead of him.

October 6, 2021 - Ripe. Hot nose. You can feel a bit the heat. Its on the same notes of dark fruits. It felt better the second day.
