February 16, 2023 - Superb. Elegant, very much true to itself. Perhaps showing more Cabernet at this stage but still with a sense of Provence. I’d say drink bottles now

August 7, 2020 - Surprisingly similar to last bottle 5 years ago - fading blackcurrant fruit with leafy Cabernet hints, leather, cooked meat, dark soil. The only criticism would be that the Syrah and Cabernet didn’t seem as complementary as they might have once been. Enjoyable but not standout ****

December 26, 2019 - Garnet, brick red with broad orange rim and much brighter than ten years ago, I guess. Stored at textbook conditions since release. VTS. Tobacco, forest earth, strawberries, blackberries, violets, black olives, marrow, bacon. On the palate still fruity and long, smooth but with noticeable round tannin left and better than I remember with more vigor. I have decanted a part of it, but it is not really necessary. On the other hand it does not harm as well. So for cosmetic reasons or if you need to transport the wine, you can do it, but without extended airing after this procedure. This is a great joy to drink now. Really magical and a suprise for me, especially given the level. But I have to admit, this is the best and sadly the last bottel of 6 I had. So obviously this is going to hold through for a longer time than I could imagine some years ago. So light on its feet, but yet powerful and complex. Perplexing for me, but as the peer group supports my impressions for this bottle: 5/14/19/10 -2030+ if perfectly stored and the cork holds through. The cork of this was soaked to 2/3.
