December 6, 2013 - Ruby color. Low/medium intensity nose, but a truly delicate and complex one, with red fruits on the foreground, as well as earthy, spicy (pepper) and some meaty aromas, which they change continuously on the glass. Same aromas on the palate. Medium body. Very well balanced with very soft tannins. A little short finish. The next day, the earthy aromas came to the foreground. Overall, it is definitely an elegant, rather than a powerful wine.

November 24, 2013 - A translucent wine with a dark core and crimson rims, interesting aromas of dark cherries, raspberries, charcoal, roasted bacon fat, undergrowth, and black pepper. On the palate the wine shows sour cherries, raspberries on the attack, the midpalate shows balsamic notes with some orange rind that persists on to the long lasting mineral finish.
