January 15, 2019 - White orchard fruit, some citrus and vanilla oak. To me this is too light on the acid/mineral side for a PF and resembles a Cali chard with its fruit and oak. Still, it is quite tasty.

En effet, ce n'est pas la première fois qu'après un Blanc de Blancs je sers un vin "gras" de bourgogne et cela ne les favorise pas tellement. Cependant, j'apprécierai ce vin à d'autres occasions car il est vraiment prometteur, quel gras et quelle structure en bouche sans pourtant avoir de déficit d'acidité !
