January 3, 2020 - Decent, although considering the vintage, pretty good. Good acidity keeps it lively on the palate, with ripe red fruit on the nose. Not overly complex, but a typical daily drinker of a Chianti.

May 26, 2019 - More red-fruited on the nose than the Argiano I just drank.

Tart red fruit on the palate - 2008, at least IMO, is a so-so vintage in Tuscany. With that qualifier, this is pretty good today. Leaner on the palate than the Argiano, but the acidity here provides some lift. Pretty good QPR as well.

February 9, 2019 - On the palate, this is similar in weight to the Castell (and like the Castell, it has a slightly abbreviated finish). Earthy red fruits on the nose. This may be my least favorite of the trio, but still pretty decent all in.
