  November 27, 2023 - Much different after an additional six years. This bottle was medium body and flowery with a definite PN flavor. It was soft and supple and very elegant. One of the best Pinot Noirs I have recently had.

  September 7, 2017 - Tasted repeatedly for 5 days after being opened. Almost opaque black. Pronounced aromas of black cherry and blackberry. Although 7 years old, the sip shows firm lightly astringent tannin along with sour cherry acidity. The swallow is the best part of the taste - surprisingly integrated, round, delicious, and bright. Not yet at its peak of quality and will continue to improve for another 5 years. Overall, enjoyable, concentrated, fruity, and ageworthy.

  September 3, 2017 - A big and fruity PN with nice balance and a big alcohol to match. The finish has some nice crisp acidity to give a refreshing end. Overall balance is quite good

  January 10, 2015 - Very sweet cherries and dense cola flavors dominated. This is a fine Pinot. Opened at the opportune time!
