February 8, 2022 - Italian Wine Scholar class at the Texas Wine School. 100% Glera from the Valdobbiadene area, but bottled as Prosecco DOC. Pale lemon with a green hue and med. perlage. Med (-) nose of yellow apple, pear, white flowers, fresh herbs. Dry, but with 11g/L of RS which helps balance the med (+) acidity and slight phenolic bitterness of the finish. Med (-) alcohol (11%). Med (-) body, flavor intensity and length. Pleasant, simple and quaffable, at good price point if you can find it at <$16.00. Drink now, not intended for aging. Tasted again 10/17/23 with consistent results.

Acceptable quality. Another miss from Total Wine.
