December 16, 2023 - I'm prepared for oxidized wine when opening Chablis from this vintage, but the wines from Duplessis have never disappointer. The color is clearly aged, deep straw verging on golden. The nose is almost central Burgundy with it's buttery tone up front, combined with the deeper citrus fruit. Medium to full bodied attack, very fine citrusy fruit on the mid palate, an almost tannic to the finish. Clearly at it's apex right now for those appreciating mature Chablis. It is al classic combination of fruit, acidity and chalky tones, but with those fascinating tones of butter and spice that come with age. A real beauty.

June 12, 2021 - Fin vin, begynnende modning med svake honningtoner. Relativt høy syre.

February 1, 2020 - No decant, given my bottle 8-9 months ago. First whiff, a stunning nose packed with so much fruits that I could hardly believe. 10 first minutes was like pulling the plug of the bath tub though, I could only watch the immense concentration slowly fading away. What was left was not too shabby, but that was kind of beside the point at that time. Anyways, ripe lemons and crushed rocks was key take aways. Not entirely at sync towards the finish. But pretty enjoyable. 89p in the end.
