May 17, 2017 - Better than critic review. All of the previously identified flavors are still there but now that's it's toward the later part of the drinking window it's very mellow and smooth. Recommend drinking before 2018.

July 22, 2015 - Could be due to temp change from fridge to cooler (in order to bring wine of vacation), and the wine's potential could be tasted, but it's taste in alcohol was a bit stronger than it needed to be, and overshadowed incredible notes of raisin and citrus.

March 27, 2015 - This showed a generous and extremely inviting bouquet of ripe peach, spiced floral tones, honey and hints of herbs. On the palate, it displayed an amazing intensity of fruit and alluring silky textures offset by brisk acidity with notes of sweet lemon, hints of pineapple, spice and crushed stone. The finish was wonderfully long with lingering lemon peel and honey, which seemed to go on and on.

July 22, 2014 - No formal notes. Expensive for a Sauv. Blanc based wine from anywhere but far superior to my usual fare from Bedrock, more steely, minerally, well-defined with a chalky deep citrus finish. Also 250% the price. Reminded me of a Didier Dagueneau wine more than Merry Edwards or any other domestic producer. I could see myself buying this again but won't be eager to do so.

April 23, 2014 - 88/12 Sauv Blanc/Semillon says Fritz. Nose shows a Bordeaux inspired mustiness, like earthy grapefruit, but also gives zesty qualities too of honeysuckle, and light oak notes. Palate has a crisp fullness, candied citrus, lemon drops, salinity, there's a lot going on here. The balance of fruit, complexity and acidity is impressive. Big without being a face smacker or opulent, oak not really noticeable in the profile. Great wine.
