October 4, 2008 - Loire Trip (with stops in Beaujolais and the Cote Chalonnaise); 10/2/2008-10/5/2008: Restrained and intriguing, yet I'm not so sure I like what the oak is doing. Still, this has impreccable balance and evident breed.

August 29, 2008 - A good amount of pristine botrytis nicely balanced by fresh mixed pear/apple fruit tones, with a sandy influence. Brightly sweet, with great bounce even days out from opening. Intense appley finish. A perfect light dessert.

July 26, 2006 - Aromas of honey, spice, ginger bread and pear. On the palate, gingerbread, honey and light spice. Slightly granular, but still fairly well balanced. Very nice.
