April 9, 2022 - Decanted for one hour. Aromas of blackberry, currant, mocha, cedar and spice. Black fruit, cedar, mocha, spice and dry, dusty tannIns on the palate. Finishes with good length. Full bodied. Served with reverse seared strip steaks with blue cheese, black truffle compound butter.

February 1, 2020 - Decanted for one hour. Nose of blackberry, blueberry, currant, mocha and spice. Black and blue fruit, mocha, spice and crushed rock on the palate. Long, layered finish. Full bodied. Very good for the vintage. Served with grilled porterhouse and blue cheese, black truffle butter.

October 20, 2018 - Aerated with a Vinturi and decanted for one hour. Nose of blackberry, blueberry, currant, mocha and spice. Black and blue fruit, coffee, spice and ripe tannins on the palate. Finishes with very good length. Full bodied. Served with grilled Greek tenderloin.

October 8, 2016 - Aerated with a Vinturi and decanted two hours. Blackberry, blueberry, cassis and crushed rock. No green notes. Long soft finish. Full bodied. Very good for the vintage. Served with filet mignon and a mushroom, garlic sauce.
