July 29, 2019 - Terrific petrol and mineral nose. Brian found it Alsace-ish in that regard. Perfectly clean and vibrant at nearly a quarter century old, with stone fruits and Meursault richness and oiliness. Enjoyed with Spoon and Stable's crab and corn gazpacho. Wish I had bought more than two as this was my last one.

July 7, 2019 - Mature notes of apples, white flowers, flint, and thyme on the nose. Medium acidity with flavors of citrus, bitter orange, and herbs on the palate. Good finish. Quite interesting and nicely matured, although I don’t believe it will improve from here.
