May 25, 2019 - PnP, consumed over two hours. Absolutely delicious on initial pour, this continued to get better throughout its short life. No signs of fading, no reason to think it won’t continue to sing for another 10+ years. Oddly paired well with miso sea bass. There are better pairings, to be sure, but this didn’t suck.

February 9, 2019 - Decanted 1 hour. Beautifully aged blend with tertiary flavors and aromas starting to show. Cassis, black plum, fig, forest floor/loam, and a light vanilla hint on the long finish. Outstanding wine, and the best of the night. Paired with short ribs and sweet potatoes. Drink now - 2025.

December 21, 2018 - Lovely cooler weather cab. Smooth, smooth, smooth. Moderately dark color. Lovely nose. Great mouth feel. Dark fruit flavors and tea leaf. Good but not long finish.

July 4, 2018 - July 4th we decided to drink this because it had the most fireworks like label. Identified some sage only after looking up WS review for some help on what we were noticing. Went to our garden to sample some sage to compare but ours smelled more like anise, go figure. We're sticking with sage for the Rasa. Nice fruits and medium tannins. Very drinkable.

May 4, 2018 - Hommage a DryCab - Washington Wines release; 5/3/2018-5/5/2018 (Various spots in Walla Walla): Part of a Creative Impulse vertical. Of all of the wines this one might be built the most for age. There's a good tannic structure to it. Bright fruit. Get a bit of tea leaves. Bright fruits. Nicely done.
