Community Tasting Notes 1

June 15, 2013 - Fresh apricots and white peaches, cut white flowers, honeysuckle and toasted almond on the nose with some powdery spices (nutmeg?). Palate shows wet slate, fig, apricot, canned peaches in syrup, pears, and baked pastry dough, riverstones, herbs and refreshing acids. Finishes with a note of bitter almond and a hint of red clay. Intriguing.
