Community Tasting Notes 4

November 1, 2016 - Great depth of flavor - wonderful wine to drink now.

October 18, 2013 - This wine is "meh". Over oaked, in my opinion. I mean, it's ok for a central coast cab. But it's the typical over extraction wood bomb.

September 28, 2013 - Same notes as before, and also dust on the nose. Was still drinking well two days later, albeit a tad muted, then on the third day it began showing very slight hints of sourness. I would guess this will reach its prime around 2015.

August 31, 2013 - Byington Vineyard & Winery (Los Gatos Tasting Room): Flavors of bitter ripe cherries. 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc. 87-88
