August 31, 2016 - Kept this bottle too long, too much oxidation.

February 10, 2014 - Aromas: strong aromatics, not disimiliar to a chard in my opinion. Some residual funk, spicy, mineral, hint of grassiness aka herbaceous (where the sauvignon blanc came through).

Palette: Soapy minerality (in a good way), lime, stony, grass, spice and smooth ml texture.

Overall: I liked the wine, but didn't see why to pick this at the price point over a value Chablis. Maybe I missed some uniqueness, but didn't do it for me price to quality wise.

January 17, 2014 - A selection of serious Spanish whites (at Martin's): Light golden. Sweet oak, butter and sitrus on the nose. Reminds me of a white burgundy. Full-bodied, quite herbal and intense on the palate. Impressive wine.
