August 24, 2013 - Moden nese av lær, lakris, fennikelfrø og modne jordbær, samt litt kjøttbuljong og moden ost. Flott friskhet i munnen, og fremdeles litt bærsødme intakt. Sursøt. Ingen tanniner igjen; fløyelsmyk struktur. Lakris og lær dominerer ettersmaken. Fortsatt godt i live etter halvannen time. 90p.
