February 2, 2022 - In 2019 when I first had this I called it dry. Now, my evolution probably more than the wine, I'd call it Feinherb. Whatever it's called, its very good. Excellent intensity. Very good acidity. Drink or hold another 2-3 years.

January 15, 2020 - This wine continues to drink well, floral notes with good acidity and nice balance. Paired perfectly with grilled grouper topped with herbs and Cajun spices.

May 31, 2019 - Dry, 12% ABV. Color getting to brass. Yellow fruits, mineral, petrol. Enjoyed now, and based on palate would guess positive evolution for 2-3 years. I lack experience with dry Rheingau to know if the color is suggesting earlier consumption. Nice with a simple sautéed Cod and the next night with Ricotta/lemon ravioli.
