August 18, 2017 - Light ruby - transluscent. Medium aromas of cranberry/rhubarb. Ligth cherry/tomato/herbs on the palate with medium(+) acidity and short finish. Not much fruit here but interesting, especially on the palate. Would drink now.

August 8, 2017 - Rosewater, spice, tamarind, tobacco, oolong. Tart red fruits are somewhat faded. Finishes savory and tart, no easy juiciness, but plenty of intrigue. Lovely and easy drinking if you like this sort of thing: fresh, tart, savory, mature Pinot Noir. I wouldn't hold much longer.

July 24, 2016 - Very disappointing for me. Tart, oaky, and both tannic and short on the palate. Wasn't able to finish the glass.

March 21, 2015 - The Burgundian barnyard funk identified in the last bottle seems to have faded. Bright fruits of blackberries, sour cherries and flowers. Both dark and bright fruits on the palate, well rounded mouthfeel and beautiful if short finish. Fantastic Premier Cru, especially for the $.

March 22, 2014 - Absolutely beautiful. That great Burgundy barnyard smell with blackberries, blackcherries, oak and violets. With a beautiful silky mouthfeel and a long finish. Drink the other bottle in my cellar soon - lovely wine.

July 26, 2013 - Ripe cherry and lots of earth on the palate. Some herbal notes as well. Nice finish with still firm tannins. Opened more the second day. Thinking that 2014+ is best for this one, but very enjoyable now.
