September 22, 2013 - Fortunately, a good bottle of this. Nice notes of lemon peel and oyster shell, with a somewhat understated palate. This is great to drink and quite classic, although it doesn't rise to the level of the "Les Clos".

Medium-full bodied with a rich and round mouthfeel, but with excellent balancing acidity to keep it fresh and lively. Great length with a salty mineral finish. Amazing -- further reinforces why I feel Dauvissat is my favorite producer from Chablis.
