September 19, 2020 - My last bottle of case from the winery. A big rose, still going strong if you like this style, lots of fruit still and even a tad sweet(my wife asked for provincial rose when I opened this as she finds it too much for her). Agree it goes well with food, it holds up for sure. Kudos again to Kapcsandy. Unfortunate this wine is no longer made.

November 23, 2017 - The opening wine at Thanksgiving Dinner, this is a rose that definitely needs food, it is not a sipping wine. Well structured, it showed strawberries, black cherries, licorice, and some floral. Medium to long finish.

May 10, 2015 - Italians, Bordeaux and a few more with friends (An upscale Italian Restaurant in Cleveland): Interesting wine. For my tastes, I think I would have liked it a few years ago, but it certainly does not drink over the hill. Very pale ruby/orange in color. The nose has just a bit of strawberries, but its mostly about the minerality. Nice texture. There is a slight complexity here and a lot of depth on the palate. Again, more about minerality with just a bit of strawberry fruit. Nice balance. Worked well with food.
