Community Tasting Notes 4

December 24, 2022 - As I figured, this was way past drinkable

December 1, 2020 - Need to correct my last note in saying this has another two strong years. Getting darker, more of a light brown. Definitely past it's prime and has the aromas of a desert wine. Strong notes of caramel and apricots. Lacks acidity, still drinks light but despite the critiques I am listing, it is still enjoyable and happy I picked them up dirt cheap. One left and will most likely use for osso buco and taste along while they simmer.

July 17, 2020 - Used my first bottle for cooking and only tried a taste, but based on the taste, decided to give this a proper taste. It was very good but wasn't showing the normal characteristics of a white rhone. Still tasty and we enjoyed very much and for the proce I paid, I would do it again. Was concerned that it was eleven years old, but no issues there. I'd say it has another two strong years.

June 14, 2014 - A fair amount of alcohol limits beauty of wine. Will try it over next couple of days.
