    August 11, 2019 - Glass: Zalto Universal
Drunk over multiple days. At first, I was a bit disappointed. Fruity Riesling Kabinett without much tension and vibration. A bit chubby. After a few days this wine lost its puppy fat and blossomed. The acidity got more dominant and adds a nice kick to the clear, warm, yellow fruit. Delicious and joyful to trink. Well balanced. Still young with at least a potential for 10+ years. 88-89+

June 25, 2017 - Glass: Riedel Vinum Riesling
Clear, pale golden color. Clean, medium- intense, youthful -> developing, very chiseled and elegant nose with aromas of herbs, yellow stone fruit, mint, some citrus fruit, white blossoms, mineral notes and in the far back some slight hints of petrol. Very nice.
Off-dry, good balance between sweetness and acidity, which is solid and ripe. Low alcohol (8% abv). One of my favorite summer wines: Very juicy and joyful, but serious and complex. Medium intense flavors of apricot, other yellow fruits, very fine mineral notes and no signs of maturity yet. Medium finish, almost like fruit juice. Makes a lot of fun to drink now and I guess for the next 5-10+ years. Good PQR, very nice Kabinett. 88-89

March 30, 2016 - Private Tasting (@Private location): Clear, pale golden yellow color. Medium intense, a bit muted nose, clearly identifiable as a Riesling grown on slate.
Off-dry, ripe fruit, medium acidity, elegant, lightweight (8% abv). Wine is a bit “baroque”, had not guessed it to be from 2012, more 2011 or 2009. Seems a bit muted at the moment, so I guess it needs some more years to finally open up.

July 16, 2014 - A fresh mix of citrus, tropical fruit, stone fruit and herbs on the nose. The palate shows tropical fruit and honey, but both fairly dry. Very intriguing and tasty with a large dose of minerality, medium acidity and a medium-length finish.
