June 12, 2023 - 12/12 Pale to mid straw. Last bottle from the case, and probably judged just about right. Still fresh and vibrant but nicely mature with a creamy richness. Cork soaked pretty much all the way up. A very pleasant drink without profundity or pretension. Top ***

May 23, 2022 - Plenty of apple, Meyer lemon, and lemon peel throughout. Clearly ripe, but with a bright and tart finish. Another excellent Bourgogne, with good weight and length for its level. Even better tonight than when last tasted 5 years ago.

June 29, 2018 - I very nice basic Burgundy that went very well with fried calamari and our other starters.

May 4, 2018 - Drinking beautifully, easy and resolved but with a charming remnant of tension and interest. Went in guessing it would drink more toward an aged (NV) Champagne, and wasn't wrong.

January 12, 2018 - A lovely wine to start the evening. The wines of PYCM do not disappoint.

November 23, 2017 - Slightly reduced at first. Needs a bit of air before drinking. Bitter, sour apple and lemon flavors yet with an underlying creaminess. This is better than it sounds and I did like this wine. Needs a bit more time, and decant first.
