September 3, 2020 - Deep gold, oxidized and lanolin mature elements dominate, med+ acidity and intense minerality almost obscure the oxidative notes on palate. Hope this is just an off bottle because this is showing a decade older than the last bottle two years ago.

June 24, 2020 - Really tasty. Good balance now - would wait another year or two.
Shells, minerals, fresh citrus and good length.
Beats most 1 cru from other producers.

May 21, 2020 - A pretty full profiled and fleshy nose at first. Grilled/smoked lemon, butter, seashells and even shrimps (!) which I'm not sure was a good thing...It sure is a bit funky and reductive at pour but transformes into a more crisp and expected wine after a few minutes in the glass. Good acidity, drinks really nice at the moment. The almost burlesque notes of seashells at pour settles in nicely with air time and contribute to a very balanced wine with some high quality attributes.

March 14, 2020 - BYOB 2020-03-14 Blind tasting (Göteborgs Vinkällare): Pale, lemon color.

The first impression on the nose was that this had a bit of smoky reduction, crushed flint and a yeasty note that made me think of stale champagne. Some swirling reveals zesty citrus, crunchy yellow apples, stony minerality and white flowers. With higher temperature some cream batonnage comes through.

Barely mid-weight with a brilliant acidity. Very good intensity to the flavors that mirrors the nose with zesty citrus, crunchy apples and a distinct stony feel to it. Long mouthwatering finish.

I think all of us pin-pointed this as a Chablis. Still on the youthful side of it's drinking window.
