October 4, 2019 - Red apple, pear, lemon and sea shells. Very long finish with balanced acidity. A pretty Chablis. Served with pasta, pancetta, asparagus and a cream sauce.
March 16, 2018 - Golden Delicious apple, lemon, spice and limestone on the nose and palate. Crisp acidity leading to a long finish with soft, dry limestone notes. Well balanced.
December 28, 2015 - Bouquet and flavors of apple, peach, lemon zest and limestone. Leads to a crisp finish with bright acidity. Pure, young and vibrant. Paired with cream chicken soup.

March 5, 2015 - Full, minerally nose with gentle oak. Some smoke and oysters. Pure apple fruit. Of three Chablis tasted, this was the only one with oak.
Almost fullish body. Quite complex and good balance between oak and fruit. Lacking extra dimension in fruit - hard to find anything besides apples. And slightly short. But good wine.
