    October 4, 2019 - Red apple, pear, lemon and sea shells. Very long finish with balanced acidity. A pretty Chablis. Served with pasta, pancetta, asparagus and a cream sauce.

    March 5, 2015 - Full, minerally nose with gentle oak. Some smoke and oysters. Pure apple fruit. Of three Chablis tasted, this was the only one with oak.
    Almost fullish body. Quite complex and good balance between oak and fruit. Lacking extra dimension in fruit - hard to find anything besides apples. And slightly short. But good wine.
