May 30, 2022 - nose - lime, lemon verbena, maybe even some lemongrass
mouth - seashell, gum mastic (sakiz), bitter quince, with good integration of the flavors, i suppose on account of it being ten years old by now.

April 23, 2021 - Very pale greenish-yellow, no signs of oxidation. On the nose - apple, lemon curd, hay (classic Chablis) some citrus and white flowers, flinty and smokey. A slight note of sulfur but more on the lit match side. The attack is firm, medium tartness, decent structure but hoped for more length. Very enjoyable and has elements to indicate a longer life but for me it is a little bit short. Drink now 2027

January 17, 2021 - After some air, quite complex aroma with candied citrus, beeswax and salt/sea. Good body, fresh acidity, lots of citrus in the finish. Still youthful.

November 30, 2020 - Pleasant and clean but lacking interest, texture or zing.... a bit lifeless even when served at correct temperature after a decant.

June 8, 2020 - Light almist greenish in color, expressive aromatics of chalk, flowers, citrus and green apples leading to fresh, sappy, round and long taste with mineral driven finish. Very good.

January 25, 2020 - Deep yellow, moderately rich and full with crisp acidity when opened, deepened with air time bringing more classic chalk, shell, saline hints. Overall more lemon, lemon peel, bit of pear and apple per Hoservin note. Very tasty and enjoyable with increasing complexity and length over two hours at dinner. Enjoyable before, during and after food--served with sauteed scallops/spinach papperdelle. Going strong 8 years on, though perhaps some of the more classic Chablis elements may not be as front and center as some would like.

December 1, 2019 - Apple, pear, lemon zest, saline and limestone aromas and flavors. Bright acidity leads to a long finish. Good balance. Drinking well. Served with shrimp scampi.

February 3, 2019 - Good but I really don't know that the Fevre wines sing as disctinctively as they should for the price. Correct and pleasantly absent of any oak, nice fruit but nothing more.
