March 26, 2022 - Although I find not all 2012’s are ready to go, Mugnier’s Fuées is absolutely gorgeous with a mesmerizing bouquet, liquid cashmere texture and a crazzzzy long finish. When it peaked towards the end of dinner it was really something to behold. Superb.

September 30, 2020 - The nose is deep with red currant, perfume, red dates and spice. Good grip on the palate with medium plus stuffing and length. Overall a much more solid wine compare to the wide-open 2013 Fuees on the side. It should add more nuance with further aging. Still utterly delicious today. 92-93

July 19, 2017 - Light garnet. Discrete nose of red fruit, bakery, earth, sour cherry - nice aromas. Very airy and delicate palate, a bit too soft/airy for my taste. Just when it should build in the mid palate, the wine fades.

May 16, 2014 - Jacques-Frédéric Mugnier Visit and Tasting (Mostly) 2013 and 2012 (Chambolle-Musigny): Tasting at domaine. These are racked and to be bottled next week. Again red berry and cherry. Bigger than the Chambolle, with more density and spice. Perhaps slightly less nuance.

November 15, 2013 - (Fra fat) Dyp, mørk nese med mørke bringebær, svakt hint av solbær og lett krydder med streif av nellik og einer. Strukturert, fast og stram frukt med frisk, presis syre. Smalt midtparti. Milde, men tørre tanniner. Lett krydder i utgangen. Flott lengde.
