May 25, 2014 - This stole the show of a flight of six NH and Januik wines. Screaming acid, zippy, mouthwatering. Lasting finish.

    December 29, 2013 - 21% semillon
Lots of licorice on palate. Crisp effect has semillon barely noticeable at this point

(Novelty Hill Sauvignon Blanc Stillwater Creek Vineyard Columbia Valley) An aromatically appealing wine with citrus, pear, herbs, and spice. The palate is medium bodied with refreshing, tart fruit flavors with a sense of depth and intensity. An absolutely beautiful wine that is one of the best expressions I have had of the varietal from this vintage. 79% Sauvignon Blanc, 21% Semillon. Barrel fermented and aged seven months in one and two year old French oak. 13.5% alcohol. 1,258 cases produced.
