November 25, 2018 - As noted previously, quite complex. A bit less fruit this time around, but generally the same. Has definitely held up well. Very good with food.

September 11, 2016 - Best on day 2. Earthy, dark herbs and fruit, with enough complexity to keep things interesting. Dark as midnight and just as intriguing.

September 8, 2016 - Drank over 3+ hours. Complex with spice, cedar, and cocoa. Restrained black fruit. Good finish.
