June 23, 2019 - Dark rosé color. Rose petals, citrus notes, and thyme. Fantastically dry with spot on acidity and balance. Medium to long finish. Aged very well.

January 4, 2015 - Really nice rose by Eric and the Booker crew. Had on Christmas Eve with a some oysters and seared tuna. Had just the right balance of crispness and muscle. Was a bit better closer to room temp.
