April 20, 2014 - Doré de moyenne intensité avec reflets verts. Au nez, fruits assez mûrs, d’herbes séchées, un peu d’épices et de pierres chaudes. En bouche, bonne densité, acidité assez présente qui équilibre le fruit, la maturité perçue et la rondeur du vin. Saveurs de clémentines, pamplemousse, minéralité, un peu d’épices, pointe saline et beaucoup de plaisir ! Peu sûrement vieillir, mais je ne saurai me retenir…
