March 18, 2024 - Vibrant and energetic. Has good bubbles and fresh taste of red berries and a hint of mineral.
Had it to crab, shrimps and prawns, tasted excellent.
Super easy to drink champagne, youthful but yummy energetic and livley. -

July 24, 2022 - Med. ruby rose color; powerful, good fruit/mineral mix, mineral nose, light strawberry, good finish. Despite the above, this didn't show well to the group and tied for last place w/the Celebris rose! DD Rose Champagnes blind at Grand Harbor.
