February 8, 2019 - Still delicious. Last bottle.

September 3, 2018 - A field blend of Gewurtzraminer, Trousseau Gris, Riesling, Roter Veltliner, Chardonnay and a few others. Dry-farmed, organically, 50% whole cluster, 50% de-stemmed and soaked.
My Last bottle and as my last note was 4 years ago I'm excited to taste. Once opened and brought to correct temperature aromas show moderate-plus intensity in the notes of kumquat, quince, lychee and touches of lemon and orange zest that combine with the scents of honeysuckle, orange blossom, exotic spice and saline.
The palate show good weight with a touch of viscosity. Focused and precise acidity blazes through start to finish keeping this round wine exceptionally light on its feet. Flavors show citrus notes that combine with kumquat, nectarine, white peach, quince, lychee, honeysuckle, orange blossom, spice, saline and a hint of petrol. Long through the complex finish. This wine is drinking exceptionally well right now and is in its prime.

November 19, 2017 - The floral notes shine on along with melon; still tasty just not as fresh as earlier bottles. Drink through 2018.
