April 9, 2022 - A refined and juicy wine with lots of intense black fruits, but also some red fruits and those deliver, together with the fantastic acidity, some freshness. Excellent showing!

June 26, 2021 - Beautiful and still evolving nose of creosote, black currants, spice box, new French oak and creme de cassis. Medium-bodied, this is still unfurling from it's tight and compact frame. Plenty of black currants, new oak and spice on the palate with a distinct note of charred wood on the back palate. Fine-grained, but present tannin and acid provide ample structure. This is reaching full maturity, but should have close to 10 years left. Drink now-2030 93

October 15, 2019 - The bouquet was gorgeous, with a mix of ripe blackberry, cherry and spice, giving way to sweet tobacco, beautiful wild herbs, hints of undergrowth and that Tuscan barnyard we all love. On the palate, I found soft textures offsetting a vibrant mix of minerals, savory spice, brisk acids and adolescent tannin, as hints of tart blackberry and spice buzzed upon the senses. The finish was long, still showing hints of tannin with unrelenting spice and saturating minerality.
