Community Tasting Notes 3

November 15, 2020 - Moden og forførende sous bois. Lys til medium rubinrød. Modne jordbær og litt bringebær. Veldig pen, integrert, eik med kryddertoner. Lang finish av våt skogbunn. God syrlighet og helt avslipte tanniner. Topp match til stekt andebryst med trøffelrisotto!

August 15, 2019 - Red fruited with spice notes initially. Turns a little darker with air and gains some depth. Slightly sappy. We both enjoyed it. I should hold my last bottle for a while.

March 21, 2017 - Moderate ruby color. Red cherry, crushed red berries, and hints of forrest floor are evident on the nose without much influence from new oak. Palate features surprisingly dense although fine grained tannins with good acidity and length. Definitely has the muscle to go the distance but pleasant drinking now as well.
