April 24, 2015 - Intense aromas of crushed Blackcurrant leaves, freshly cut grass, ripe gooseberries with some bee wax.
Full bodied with a high, mouth watering acidity.
Kind of sweetish on the palate, with melon, ripe lime, gooseberries, some chalkyness, in the finish even a bit of white pepper.
Quite persistent, a bit mineral and green aftertaste.
Couldn`t get more typical NZ Sauvignon Blanc if it tried.
And I´m licking it.. -

January 24, 2015 - Strong nose of grassy notes and cat pee. Vibrant flavors of currant, gooseberries, nettles, grassy notes, some cat pee backed up with firm acidity. Racy stuff. Very good.

November 19, 2014 - Majors on purity of the fruit. Aromas of gooseberries, lime and peapod lead into refreshing zingy flavors of gooseberry and citrus that have a lingering intensity.
