March 24, 2015 - Drank at NOLA by the glass. Very dry and crisp out of the fridge. Added notes of lemon and lemongrass as it warmed up; paired well with creole drumfish entree. Good value.
February 27, 2014 - Nice daily drinker. Cooked lemon, hint of sweetness, dusty spice, just a touch of honey.
